The Texas legislature created the annual Lawn & Garden Tax Holiday to encourage responsible water use. Throughout Memorial Day weekend, Saturday, May 24 - Monday, May 26, you'll pay no sales tax on all plants, trees, and grasses, plus all water saving products! That amounts to a savings of 8.25%!
