About the event

Join us in person outdoors or follow us on Facebook live as we present a series of demonstrations on how to plant, tend and harvest all your spring vegetables using our recommended organic methods. Our first class,"Cool Greens & Rockin' Roots," covers everything you need to know about growing early spring veggies, including lettuce, spinach, bok choi, carrots, radishes, and beets. Then follow us throughout the spring as we add onions, potatoes, garlic, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and, finally, okra to our demonstration garden. As we progress through the series, we'll tell you how to control pests and diseases, when and how to harvest your bounty, and what to do with all that freed-up space after harvest. 

Please note: This class will be held outdoors in our demonstration garden and follow recommended social distancing guidelines. It will also be streamed live on Facebook and recorded for later viewing. Watch it live at:
