Marshall Grain will accept returns or exchanges on any item that is in saleable condition (at the discretion of the store manager) for up to 30 days from the date of the original purchase. In addition, in accordance with pet food manufacturers’ warranties, if your pet experiences palatability or digestive issues, Marshall Grain will accept returns of open packages of pet foods if the food is in the original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by the original cash register receipt.
