About the event
If you've ever wanted to try starting your own plants from seed, Matt Ezell can show you how. He'll answer all your questions, such as which seeds can be directly sown into the ground and which should be started indoors. He'll also talk about problems such as damping off and why seeds sometimes fail to germinate.
About Matt
A certified Tarrant County Master Gardener, Matt has been an avid horticulturalist for over six years and has been with Marshall Grain for over three years. He is a member of the American Horticultural Society as well as the American Daylily Society. In his spare time, he enjoys taking care of his numerous houseplants, working in his garding and volunteering at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden.
