About the event

Marshall Grain's Fall Pumpkin Festival!

  • Live Cooking Demos by Local Celebrity Chefs! Carol Ritchie, a nationally-recognized TV chef, and 4-Star chef Jennifer Brightman of Brightman Food & Catering, have developed their own pumpkin-themed dishes that they will demonstrate live at Marshall Grain’s event.
  • Gardening Clinic: Our new landscape designer and best-selling author, Cheryl Beesley, will present a gardening clinic on Fall Color for Texas Gardens.
  • Make-n-Take Containers: 11 a.m. - Noon. You provide the container and plants, and we provide the soil and hands-on instruction to help you create a beautiful fall-themed container. Our staff will help you choose the items for your container and show you our secret organic plant-starting recipe to help ensure your success.
  • Stuff for Kids: We’ll keep your kids busy from 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. with various activities, including an opportunity to decorate your own pumpkin. We’ll provide crayons, paints and other decorating materials. Kids can also win prizes while they enjoy a ring toss and “dunk-a-duck” games.
