Christmas Tree Transport Waiver

If you would like to transport your tree on top of a passenger car, our employees will carefully tie the tree to the car. However, the customer takes responsibility for safe operation of the vehicle while the tree is attached and any damage to the car that might
result. Customer releases Marshall Grain Company and its employees from any liability for damage resulting from transporting a Christmas tree on the customer’s vehicle.

If the customer requests delivery of a tree by Marshall Grain’s truck, customer acknowledges that this includes delivery to the outside of customer’s property only.

Delivery can be arranged to include bringing the tree into the house, but this requires a second employee to safely handle the tree. If we deliver the tree inside the house. Customer releases Marshall Grain Company and its employees from any liability for
damage resulting from bringing the tree into the house.
