USDA tests show that horticultural vinegar makes an effective and economical weed killer for spot treatment of weeds and grasses. Nature's Guide offers pre-mixed solutions of 10% and 20% vinegar as a safe, natural, and effective herbicide for all types of unwanted vegetation. Use horticultural vinegar to kill all kinds of green weeds.
Directions: Use full strength on weeds when small and tender. Thoroughly spray the crown of the weed. Works best in the heat of the day and always face down-wind. Do no apply to weeds or lawn when wet.
You can increase the effectiveness of horticultural vinegar by adding 1 oz of orange oil per gallon of vinegar.
