Black Eyed Susan Vine
Thunbergia alata
Annual. There are countless ways to enjoy this cheery, sun-loving vine: window boxes, ground cover, on a trellis as a screen, in hanging baskets, decorating mailboxes and columns. Very fast growing with large, lush foliage, and masses of blooms all summer long in vibrant orange, yellow and white; the petals make a brilliant contrast to the black "eye." Easy to grow from seed.
