Marshall Grain Online Policies
We normally ship orders no later than the next week day after we receive them (UPS doesn't normally pick up on weekends). How long after we ship them until you receive them depends on the class of shipping you have selected. Within a day after we ship, we will send you an email with the shipment tracking number. You can check this tracking number on the ups.com to find out exactly where your shipment is and when it is estimated to reach you.
If we cannot ship your order immediately, we will contact you by email and let you know why and when we expect to be able to ship. The most common problem is that we discover we don't really have something in stock even though our computer says it should be. Please be assured that we will not charge your credit card until we actually ship your merchandise.
The web site cannot accurately estimate shipping charges for next day or 2-day shipments. If you need faster shipping than ground, please call us. We'll be happy to figure the shipping charges. (And your package may get shipped a day faster than if you place your order on the web!)
Shipping & Handling Charges
The shipping charge is an estimate of our actual cost based on the weight and size of the items you order as calculated from the UPS rate tables.
We can ship some items internationally via the post office. Our website is not able to calculate international postage charges, so you must call us to arrange these orders. There are some countries to which we are unable to ship at all. Also, please note that there is a $30 per order handling charge on international orders to cover preparation of documentation.
Please inspect all items you receive immediately for shipping damage. It's important that you save all of these materials if you find items with shipping damage. All shipments are insured, but UPS reserves the right to inspect the damaged items, the shipping box and packing materials. Contact us immediately if you discover shipping damage. We will replace damage goods (or refund your purchase price if we are unable to replace them). We will contact UPS and let you know whether they need to inspect the items. And, we'll let you know what needs to happen to get you your replacement goods.
Returns & Refunds
At Marshall Grain Company we're committed to providing you with high quality goods, excellent customer service and fair prices. As long as you haven't used items that you've purchased from us and they are still in new condition, we will gladly accept your return and credit your card in full.
Any new product may be returned within 30 days of shipment if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Returns must still be in brand new condition.
We will refund you the full purchase price of any product returned following the guidelines outlined on this page. Shipping and Handling will not be refunded unless we shipped the wrong item or we goofed. You are responsible for shipping charges for sending back all products. If we ask you to ship an item back that was incorrect, we will send you an electronic pre-paid UPS shipping label at no charge. Please contact us by email or phone to arrange for a shipping label in such a case.
Returns Older than 30 Days
Items sent back that have been purchased more than 30 days previously will be subject to an additional 20% restocking fee.
Unless you have called to receive approval prior to refusing delivery on a shipment to you, you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% as well as shipping. Packages that are refused will not receive a full refund UNLESS prior arrangements have been made and the shipping department is aware of your refusal and the reason for refusal. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Returning products that have been Used and are No Longer in New Condition
Items sent back that have been used and are no longer in BRAND NEW CONDITION will be refunded a MAXIMUM of 50%. We reserve the right to determine the refund percentage based on how "used" the product is.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
We collect the domain name of e-mail addresses of visitors to our site and aggregate (not personally identifiable) information on what pages visitors access. When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
